- WillowBrooke Skincare does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products. All sales are final. 

- WillowBrooke Skincare cannot monitor the end user for their skin type, health condition and product compatibility, we strongly recommend that you consult your physician or a skin care professional for an analysis of your particular skin type and sensitivity level before purchasing any product. No refund will be given for any reason relating to product effect or compatibility with your skin type, including adverse reactions. 

- We encourage you to reach out (via email) to us before buying, should you have any questions about a specific product. 

- We are not responsible for packages that may be lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

- We are not responsible for orders that have been effected by weather conditions. While we truly appreciate your business we are not aware of the weather conditions where you live so, please place your order when your weather conditions are favorable.
